Buss Perry Aggression Questionnaire

The Buss–Perry Aggression Questionnaire (sometimes referred to as the AGQ or simply the Aggression Questionnaire) was designed by Arnold Buss and Mark Perry.  It is a 29 item questionnaire where participants rank certain statements along a 5-point continuum from "extremely uncharacteristic of me" to "extremely characteristic of me."

Social Phobia Inventory (SPIN)

Social Phobia Inventory (SPIN) is a questionnaire developed by the department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences of Duke University for screening and measuring severity of social anxiety disorder.

Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale       (Y-BOCS)

The Y-BOCS is a 10-item ordinal scale (0–4) that rates the severity separately for both obsessions and compulsions of OCD according to the time occupied, degree of interference, subjective distress, internal resistance, and degree of control.

Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale (LSAS)

The Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale (LSAS) is a questionnaire developed by Dr. Michael R. Liebowitz, a psychiatrist and researcher.

This measure assesses the way that social phobia plays a role in your life across a variety of situations.
 

Young Mania Rating Scale (YMRS)

The YMRS is a rating scale used to evaluate manicsymptoms at baseline and over time in individuals with mania. The scale is generally done by a clinician or other trained rater with expertise with manicpatients and takes 15–30 minutes to complete.

Panic and Agoraphobia Scale (PAS)

Panic and Agoraphobia Scale. The PAS is a measure of the severity of illness in patients with panic disorder (with or without agoraphobia).

Spence Children’s Anxiety Scale (SCAS)

he Spence Children's Anxiety Scale is a psychological questionnaire designed to identify symptoms of various anxiety disorders, specifically social phobia, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder/agorophobia, and other forms of anxiety, in children and adolescents between ages 8 and 15.

Altman Self-Rating Mania Scale (ASRM)

The Altman Self-Rating Mania Scale is a 5-item self-reported diagnostic scale which can be used to assess the presence and severity manic and hypomanic symptoms, most commonly in patients diagnosed with bipolar disorder.

Binge Eating Scale
