​There are statistics that stay 1 in 5 americans are suffering from some degree of mental illiness. Dispite this being a large portion of the population less than 50% of those affected are seeking any form of treatment. A large part of the issue is that therapy has been stigmatized in a negative light. Going to therapy does not mean your crazy. It simply means you don't feel like your normal self. This is sometimes brought on by trauma and other experiences. It like seeing your medical doctor for new aches and pains. Its not that you have broken bones but that your health has changed and you need to get the the root of the issue.

  • You have unexplained and recurrent headaches, stomach-aches or a run-down immune system
